ENEX TECHNOLOGIES, LLC is a privately held company that provides a host of business to business and independent customer services specific to the Control, Automation and Calibration of Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic instrumentation. Our services also include the ability to provide manual assembly or product testing expertise to meet your customer deadlines.
We are also positioned to provide the recycling of your Test, Measurement, Pressure, Electrical and Technical Equipment. Calibration Services
All calibration services will be quoted by discipline, by time required, by report type, and by delivery specified. Calibration Services start at $69 per item, and are reviewed per the areas above. We specialize in Pressure Transducer, Pressure Readout, Electrical Confirmation, Resistance Decades, and Power Supply Operation.
Automated Test and Data Collection System
We work with our customers to develop, design, assemble and test Computer Assisted Automated Test and Data Collection Systems. Our “modular” systems are developed to utilize the smallest footprint possible, at the same time providing the best technology available. We are knowledgeable in a number of electrical and mechanical disciplines.
After completing and forwarding to us a summary of your potential project, we will require an initial in-person or Zoom meeting to discuss your test and data needs along with current or future equipment that is to be utilized for the automation of the process.
Our system interface for the computer is very easy for the operator to use, and is customized for the application being performed or for the type of equipment used. Increasing the test capacity of the system, or adding additional test procedures can easily be handled in the future as your business or testing requirements grow. We utilize only New, Highly (usually) Available, Current, and Reliable components for years of trouble-free use.
All assembly and testing are performed onsite at our facility. Due to current supply chain issues with a number of our vendors, quoted lead times have increased, and are only valid and accurate for 15 days from date received. We also offer a service contract on both the System we build and the Computer Interface (software) we supply.
We are currently updating our proprietary automated Test System Control software, TestRIG1, which is scheduled for release the end of summer 2026. This new release for sale to both Commercial and Private test platforms will allow the users to customize all aspects of the test procedures while allowing the purchaser to utilize any manufactured test and measurement equipment that can be remotely controlled, without the requirement of having any training or education on programing or control language.
